Please be aware that many members and customers of financial institutions are receiving fraudulent text messages and emails.

Ensuring your privacy and protection is our priority and we would NEVER ask you to reveal your personal or account information.

If you are unsure of the origin of any communication, please call us and ask to speak to member services.

New Customer Care Center Phone Number & Website

If you have purchased a Visa Prepaid Gift Card from CDCU, there is a new customer care center phone number and website to check your gift card balance, access account activity or report your gift card lost or stolen.

The phone number is (866) 833-2370 and the website is https://www.consumercardaccess.com/cugift2.

NCUA INSURANCE INCREASED

Your savings is federally insured by National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) to at least $250,000 and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government, just like the FDIC. This is an increase in coverage, up from $100,000 previously.

IRA and KEOGH accounts are insured separately up to at least $250,000.
